Hi, I’m David Inwald — a UI Engineer at Beep Inc., where I help design and build the software powering autonomous vehicle fleet management. My background spans computer engineering and computer science, with over a decade of experience in software engineering, data science, and product development across startups and enterprise environments.
Before joining Beep, I provided contract-based software and data science services, delivering roughly a dozen full-stack web applications end-to-end — from architecture and backend APIs to frontend UX and deployment automation.
I also co-founded OptimDosing LLC, a health-tech company developing patented and patent-pending technologies that use machine learning to personalize medication dosing and improve treatment outcomes. Our work focused on bridging clinical data with predictive models to support individualized dosing in oncology and other complex therapeutic areas.
Most recently, I served as a Senior Software Engineer at Vianai Systems, where I collaborated with data scientists and ML engineers to build AI/ML applications for enterprise clients. In addition to hands-on development, I represented the Engineering team in cross-functional discussions with Product and Design, ensuring technical feasibility aligned with strategic goals.
